Create an account with accurate information and maintain confidentiality of your credentials. You're responsible for all activities under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us of unauthorized access immediately.
Elite Fitness provides personal training, nutrition coaching, and group classes. Services are provided as-is without warranties regarding specific results. Always consult healthcare professionals before starting new fitness programs.
Use our services lawfully and respectfully. No harassment, threats, fraud, or violation of intellectual property rights. Breaches of conduct may result in account suspension or termination at our discretion.
Detailed information about our service policies
All prices in USD unless specified. Payment due at booking. We accept major credit cards. Cancellations require 24-hour notice. Late cancellations may incur charges. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in writing.
Our trainers are not physicians. Services don't diagnose or treat medical conditions. Consult healthcare professionals before beginning exercise programs. You assume all risks. Inform trainers of health conditions and medications.
Elite Fitness not liable for indirect or consequential damages from service use. Our liability limited to amounts paid in preceding 12 months. Some jurisdictions don't allow liability limitations.
We may terminate accounts for policy violations, abusive behavior, non-payment, or fraud. Termination effective immediately. Upon termination, all service access ceases. Cancellation policies apply to refunds.
